Hey, I’m Tom!
I’m the Founder of Layfe. I’ve spent the last 12 years consulting for some of the world’s biggest companies and most ambitious startups.
I spent the first 8 years of my career at PwC Consulting, working with CFOs and finance executives to implement technology solutions to modernise back-office functions.
Prior to founding Layfe, I joined Flight Story as a founding team member alongside Steven Bartlett. As Managing Director, I helped grow the business from 5 people sitting around a desk to a global marketing & communications agency with 100+ employees across 4 continents.
Layfe represents the culmination of my experience and passion: understanding how and why businesses grow, and delivering technology solutions to support their journey.
